I didn't get much done today. Still haven't worked out. I did 10 push-ups before bed but it's not enough. I tried to limit food at work but ruined it when I got home and ate 4 slices of leftover pizza. At least all the pizza is gone and I can stop eating after dark. I didn't eat anything for breakfast but ate 2 bowls of cereal and 1 cup of pasta salad for lunch. I'm not good at following diets so I just eat whatever as long as the calories are low. My goal is to limit carbs so I resisted eating rice. However, I ate a cup of peach cobbler. I can't resist when they make cobbler but this one didn't taste as good so I regret eating some. My new goal is to only eat main meals with NO snacking inbetween. 2 meals a day so probably skip breakfast and only lunch and dinner which is what I do anyway. Eat low in carbs and high in protein if I can. I'm modeling it after a social media post of a guy I follow who lost 18lbs in 11 weeks. It's gonna be difficult cause my job has snacks lying everywhere. If only there was a way to prevent myself from eating it. I don't remember how I got myself to stop drinking soda so I don't have a plan to stop eating snacks. I've thought about extreme methods like pain therapy such as a rubber band on the wrist or some kind of negative reaction whenever I catch myself going against my goal.
