Well I gained weight over the weekend. Between the superbowl and going out to eat twice due to family events was not good on the number on the scale! Life has been so crazy I haven't done much exercising. I'm up and moving most of the day because of the day care kids and at night I clean, but just dont get the hard core work out in that I'd like :( Now tonight, tomorrow night I have meeting till 10 so I know I won't work out then due to having to be up at 5:45 I choose sleep over working out... I know I'm being lazy but I don't want to be crabby for the kids in the morning either! Hope it warms up so I can go outside and work out! All winter with work out videos gets OLD! I need fresh AIR!!!!

I can do this.... back eating right and life is good right?! HA-HA
