Last day of WHOLE30!!! I can't believe it - 30 days of no sugar, no grains, no legumes, no dairy, no sulfites, no carageenan! I did it! It feels good to accomplish a goal, and it definitely helped that my hubby did it with me. As of today, I dropped 15 pounds in 30 days!!!! That is freakin' amazing! I am so excited to start re-introducing foods again tomorrow, but at the same time, I am thinking of doing another Whole30 very soon since I still have a lot of weight to lose. Woohoo!
