Here's my weight loss/workout secret of the week! You are looking at about 600 pounds of concrete that I had to load onto a cart, into the car, out of the car and into the garage. Today I will endeavor to move it down the stairs to the basement!

that's a ton of work. did that with rock salt at work over the winter. doors won't allow a pallet jack so 2 bags at a time. load unload and stack. but man it's a great workout.

Fabulous workout!! Did that all through college. Managed to get a job on a construction site. They lived to volunteer me for the dirty jobs as I was in class when they gave them out. One week I was hauling concrete bags to fire doors throughout the building, usually up anywhere from 3-5 flights of stairs. The elevator hadn’t been out in yet. Again, one of the best workouts around!!
