I'm excited! I had a fast day, then a feast day, then another fast. I lost 4 ounces. I know that is not a lot. But bare in mind I never exercise. So the fact that I've dropped over 30 lbs without that is amazing to me. I know I should, LAZY, plain ol' laziness prevents me from moving this body.
Today is my feast day. I've planned a lovely dinner after my lunch. I was going to have jalapeno poppers w/ bacon for lunch but I ran out of enough bacon.. arggg!! LOL. I'm having a great day. I'm still in the 2teens! :) Just six more pounds to go and I will be in almost single digits. Its a great day to be alive!! Hope you are having a super day!
