Well I made it through the SuperBowl without the chips, pizza and cookies! Yea!!!!

I made healthy snacks that I could eat: cottage cheese stuffed celery, portobello mushroom with melted goat cheese, crab stuffed tomato and raw veggies with low cal ranch dip. Instead of feeling deprived, I felt empowered - I can say no to unhealthy food! :)

GREAT GOING!!!! That goat cheese on mushrooms sounds yummmmmmmmy! btw, I was an empty nester until I got 2 Yorkshire Terriers. Don't these little babies make your day!!!!
