It's Monday!!!! I'm not actually excited about that at all. . . I'm just really hyper from the coffee this morning. I discovered that those "skinny" caramel macchiato's are pretty darn tasty.
I have a physical fitness test tomorrow, which is gonna suck...I'm not a fan of running fast. That's dumb. I'm not going to elaborate.
I haven't smoked in 3 weeks...maybe this is week 4...I haven't really kept count. Oh, delicious cigarettes... I can't go back though. I went to a class that gets into detail about everything that smoking does to your body; it is NOT pretty. I knew it was bad, it slowed down my run time, and was taking away my youthful awesome skin...but MANG...smoking is the devil.
Speaking of devils, I would like some tasty donuts. I got a craving for them lastnight. I blame The Simpsons.
I did learn that those tasty Yoplait chocolate things that are 100calories really do get rid of my chocolate cravings. They're delicious.
I'll probably still eat a crap ton of sugar after my test tomorrow. I think one day of eating one serving of sugary, useless crap, will be okay. I even heard it is good to keep your body guessing. Oh, and by "one serving", I really mean "all I can eat". I don't care. I'm gangsta.
