I sucked a 2 days, ate easter ju jubes... making treats for the daycare and what do u know, they ended in my trap, so annoyed at myself, but all it did was make me crave sugar very badly... today I have been perfect ... so praying I can get through this day... and get back on track, I am so annoyed with the whole process these days.. scale went way up, I am just not recording it right now.

We all slip. We are human. What matters is what happens next. You hung tough today, and God give you strength to keep at it. Don't let the slip get to you--don't beat yourself up. Use it as a learning experience. I told my kids they are getting no candy this year--I just cant handle it, and they don't need it either. Make paper crafts with the kids...hunt for/color eggs, etc. And keep telling yourself that you are making a better you every time you make a good choice. I'm with you!!
