Disappointed. Was good all week and was not 100% on the weekend and put on .3. You would think that I would stay the same as I stuck to it 100% for 90% of the time - well that shows me - will keep plodding on.

We can have good weeks and bad weeks, if you follow it for 90% it will eventually come home to roost for you.
