Tired but in a good way. Just finished my 3-hour long workout, dinner, a nice warm shower, and now relaxing with a cup of tea and FS!
It's a good feeling to start noticing the fitness level change and the body getting better at handling the gradual up-ping of the ante. Looking at myself in the mirror and I felt like the sides of my stomach were getting a little hollowed in and I could actually see BOTH parts of my belly-button ring, which was previously slightly hidden! :) I am getting excited....almost 15 pounds shy of my goal weight. That seems so do-able now. Running, too, while still a challenge, I feel I can slowly start getting better. Such as today, I increased the 6 mph from the usual 1-min to 2.15 mins. One of these days soon I should be able to even get it up to 30 mins!!!! When I first started, I'd get tired while running for just 1 minute, and now I can alternate walk/run for a whole hour! By spring, I should be ready to run outdoors (and hey, I'd even be able to go joggin with Evelyn!! ;))
I am also feeling more energy, despite the long workout...I wonder if all of the vitamins are kicking in already over the last two days? I now have a new system of taking those pills and thank god, not wanting to throw up!!!
