☆Fourth day has been good to me. I've eaten relatively little, enjoyed all my food. I'll probably top off the day with a nice "strawberry pig out." Very few calories in that. Got them at Costco. A whole bunch for about 8 dollars. Gonna enjoy them. The only thing missing is exercise. But I've been taking it easy because of a low back pain. And it's feeling a lot better. I'm gonna go back to my treadmill tomorrow.
