I am on day three without any coke and my craving has almost subsided. This is my biggest struggle so I am feel a little successful. I do fine a work when I can stay busy and keep my mind off of eating but sitting at home during the evening after dinner, it is really hard. I have starting brushing my teeth right after I eat and that helps but it is really hard. I am going to the beach at the end of July so that is my motivation. One day at a time.

I COMPLETELY understand. And it's just EVERYWHERE! Don't let it into your house and (if you dislike Pepsi the way I do- it just doesn't taste quite right to me), go to restaurants that serve Pepsi if you feel you might be tempted. And if you have a strategy for visiting friends' homes where they offer one, let me know! :D
