Greek yogurt mocking sour cream. I should ask, I warm my tortillas up over an open flame on the stove, I never toast them or pan fry (except quesadillas). With the exception of making chips, I don't use the air fryer with them either. What do you prefer?

If I had a gas stove, I would use it to heat up my tortilla 😉

Depends on the amount for me too. I wrap them in aluminum foil when using the oven. I use damp paper towels in the microwave...

If I am making quantity I fire up the outdoor gas grill. If just one or two I warm/brown it up in a dry hot cast iron skillet - no oil.

The 8” and smaller fit in an instant pot if you ever need to keep them warm for a party. Wrap in a damp towel. Fancy. 😆
