Top of the morning Hope your day is sunny and warm. Pretty gloomy here with periods of rain or showers since Friday. Enough. !! Teach me to get my car washed. Lol. Need my sun but warmth would be great also. Unfortunately the forecast is the same for tomorrow. Ugh. No motivation especially to get out and walk or can come back as a wet rag. Totally blew my day yesterday. Sat around with neighbors drinking hot apple cider with fireball Ouch. Carbs totally out of wack plus protein and fats. Then to top it off ate 2 cookies before bed. So disappointed in myself. Great to get out and socialize but it came with a price. Trying to convince self that I’m playing with my metabolism so it doesn’t think I’m going in starve mood Not Enough complaining. Going to spend day attempting to complete paperwork for permit. Government doesn’t make it easy Just attempting to find necessary papers is crazy. Hope everyone has a sparkling day
