Ate good until after 8p. Just didn't hold back. popcorn l00, 2 slices of raisin bread with nut butter400, 4 oatmeal cookies 200.This was up until 10p. Gross remorse this morning. Start new though today. Night time eating is the worse and such a mental problem for me, starting way back into childhood.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
