So, I've been out for a really long while. My membership at the gym expired and because I've been completely stressed with school and because of the madness I didn't extend it. I've put on 6 kgs, which is completely unacceptable. My jeans got thighter, my arms a little more flabby, but I can't beat myself up over it, cause it will bring me nowhere.
It's 2014. It's a fresh start, somewhat. I'm going to do this again. I'm going to start with at least healthy meals again (and I like healthy food, so it's more about the quantity) and getting a bit more active.
I want a new membership at the gym but I'm not sure to do it now or wait till after the summer (since things are hectic now and I'll be away almost all summer). Anyway, I've got new spirits.
I just need friendly reminders to keep me on my path though. (As you are there for me, I will be there for you my friend.) I will try to weigh in weekly. And I will try to make that little line only go downwards.
