I’ve discovered if I log my food before I eat and consciously look at the numbers I make better choices while eating and I usually don’t eat it all. Subconsciously saving a few calories here and there. Keep on keeping on folks. Find what works for you!
186.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
