First week in - 3 pounds down. Of course, I wanted more lol but if I can lose 3 pounds every week, I'll be happy lol!
I bought some books the other day. UnFu*k Yourself and The Power of Letting Go.
I'm excited to read them, I just need to find time to. Hopefully tomorrow night, if not tonight.
