Thx moops❣️ Smoked over hardwood - alder & maple - indirectly for 2 hours until sbout 160F; then finish in 200F oven until internal temp is 194F - about 2 hours. I don't do it often so I was very pleased. 😋😃

Lunch at 12:30 ridemariel 😊 I actual don't own a smoker. This is done on my gas grill cause I'm cheap. I only turn on one burner and use to fire real wood. Seems to work ok for small amounts of meat

Well it looks amazing it does just as good a job as my smoker and I bet you it melted in your mouth right no don't tell me then I really will show up for lunch you have a great day

Dude, that looks a-maz-ing. I have a tiny PatioChef grill that I repurposed into a smoker. works just fine. I also control the gas on the tank side using the regulator as well as the burner. gets me there. all that said, I've done nothing creative with smoke since the beginning of the plague. I want to smoke some salmon, but I don't have the same relationship when someone else brings me the fish. I know how weird that sounds, but it is what it is.

Ha! Not fishing much these days, but i meant picking my own at the counter. I don’t think I’ve fished since I’ve lived here except for the mandatory deep sea fishing trip. Mostly, I’m nice to my friends who fish all the time and bring me stuff.
