Still really bloated from this weekend and didn't eat perfectly today. I wonder how long this will take to pass out of my system, it feels like I'm carrying an extra 5lbs on my belly.
Today: 1000 - Homemade Apple Oatmeal 1230 - Veggie Stir Fry 330 - Mango and Mixed Nuts 830 - PB Banana Sandwich and a Peach 1100 - Chocolate
Total: 1600 (Didn't work out today so that's the real total. I think it's still within reasonable limits but this extra bloat just makes me feel bad. Ugh, come on body, get it out.)

Try lemon juice in hot water to drink it kick starts the liver to get rid off toxins and est some salt free vegetable soups you should wake up feeling less bloated the next day!

It's quiet strong and not very nice. 1 cup of water with half a lemon squeezed in is all you need i think but you can put the whole thing in depending on how much lemon you can take;-)
