Sunday's entry
Great day today. Starting my new round of workout plan: 3 hours of working out for 6 days. . After 3 days of not working out, my energy was restored and I was rearign to go. I felt energetic all through the 3 hour long workout, and even after. I know this energy level will start to fade in a day or two, so I wanted to make the most of day 1 of this new week.
I also started a whole new regimen of supplements and vitamins (One a Day incl. B Complex, Vit. C, Calcium + Vit.D., Zinc, Flax seed oil). I wonder if that's the reason for the increased energy? I doubt though, seeing that it's only been day 1! Even miracles take longer, doncha think?
Meals have been great today too...and well balanced and under my max carbs.
Meals: scrambled eggs with egg beaters (1), cheese (0), meatless crumbles (2), and scallions, celery, and sundried tomatoes Soy milk (2) coffee with creamer (2), almonds (0.5) salad (3?) with oil/lemon dressing, veggie patty (6), cheese (1) Total: 17 carbs
Workout: 1) 60 mins: treadmill 4.11 miles, 405 k, 3.4-4.5 (2 mins at 6mph, 5 mins runs) 2) 20 mins bike: 6.59 miles, 90k 3) 20 mins elliptical: 1.42 miles, 140 k 4) Weights: Biceps: 15x 12x3 shoulder upright press: 12 x 12 x 3 shoulder lateral raises 12 x 12 x 3 shoulder upright row 12 x 12 x 3 Triceps raises 12 x 12 x 3 Triceps pushback 5 x 12 x 2 sets on each side 5) Abs: Crunches: 100; Reverse crunches: 50
