Morin FS family. Hope your enjoying your day. Finally broke out of the 150’s. Whew. Attempting again to do keto but have a hard time getting my fats up and my proteins down. Decided to follow low carb avoiding my potatoes and pasta but continue to eat proteins mostly meat as usual. Don’t eat anything with fins except a occasional can of tuna even though will eat crustaceans smothered in better. Never thought I was a picky eater but I’ve come to the conclusion that I have a narrow menu of likes or never had. Look at pictures posted look really yummy but I have no idea sometimes what some dishes are like curry, kimchi for example. Tried with encouragement from my granddaughter Sriracha sauce - really good - willing to try new things as long as they don’t consist of anything with fins. Lol.
Looked back into my journal entries unfortunately only got to 134.5 back in October of 2029 so here’s hoping I meet my goal this time

Alright. Doesn’t make sense. ? Scale. Weighted my self a short time ago. 147.4. This am I was 149.5 a 2.1 difference. Jumped on scale figuring the scale was incorrect but stayed at same weight. I’ve seen Draglist take his weight a couple times a day. Figured fluctuations would be in plus zone never negative. So what to believe. Like the lesser but .... so confused.!!! All I had was a cup and a half of coffee. Also know coffee is a diuretic. Also know I retain fluids. Could my true weight be taken later in the day if this persists. Hummm. Feel as though playing mind games with self. Guess I’ll attempt to take my weight consistently twice a day in an attempt to figure if scale or me. This just adds to being over whelmed lately / just one more thing to make my life so complexed /complicated

A scientific mind must be satisfied with measurement and observation. That is what drew me to FS, the ability to track and observe. I fluctuate also, especially with salt or sugar intake. I am also an inch taller in the morning and, if you are using BMI as an index, that inch definitely makes a difference. Good for you having a curiosity about your process!
