I FINALLY DID IT!! i got away from the 150's thank gosh!!! I've been loosing atleast 1lbs or more everyday for the past 3 days..

What have i been eating you ask?
When i get up i eat whole wheat plain oatmeal, with a LOTTTT of splenda on it. it tastes good =]

then i throw whatever fruit is around in my purse and leave for school.

Right when i get to school i eat something else.

ETC start your matabolism. by the end of the day, its dinner time, and you dont even eat it all cuz your not hungry. And your like ... i ate fruit all day...

Im not on a diet im just trying to keep my matabolism going and im in school so i take lil oranges, grapes and then when i get home i eat more oatmeal.

If im loosing a pound a day by this, i'll do it forever!

--- another thing: i never use to eat breakfast just lunch(i was never hungry) but now that im eating right when i get up im starving AGAIN in the next 30 minutes. this way you dont have a BIG dinner. Eat more in the morning not at night. If i ever have a meltdown and NEED CHOC. i make a hot choc. with 25 calories in it, and it seems to work.


MAKE SUR EYOU EAT THROUGH OUT THE DAY, DO NOT LET YOURSELF BECOME SOOO HUNGRY. --THATS WHEN YOU CHEAT. SO WHEN YOU FEEL THE SLIGHTEST OF HUNGER EAT SOME FRUIT.
