Wow, I love good-tasting food so much that I am finding it difficult to temper myself. Actually, what I ate today was great--spinach, eggs, beans, cheese, bread, apples, sweet potatoes. It's just that I am eating more quantity than I need to sustain my IDEAL weight. Man, I am not fond of feeling hungry. Perhaps I'll have to endure a little of that.
Tomorrow is the Super Bowl, and I've got some amazing Mexican food planned. Boy, it's hard to party and lose weight simultaneously--and I usually choose the party. I guess I need to find other ways to enjoy moments besides through my taste buds.
