Today is Day 3 of Fat Smash (I think I am doing it right?) and Day 1 on this site. I had a terrible headache yesterday and don't know if it is related to the diet or not, but today I felt absolutely fine. After lunch, I left the office early and headed to the gym. Got to find a way to keep the energy up AFTER the gym so that I can cook dinner AND do the work I leave unfinished at the office.
