I was stuck for some days on 218. I lost 4 ounces today. And though I was contemplating upping my calories, I'm going to stick with 1350 for now. I'm still in the 2teens.. looking forward to seeing those reduce down. Have a great Saturday. Its Sunny and gorgeous out here in Indiana.
