Alhamdulillah hari ini udah turun total 12 kg, syukuri dan nikmati progres harian agar tdk jenuh yg dietnya guys. Jd klu pengalamanku aku tunggu waktu pagi stlh olah raga baru ke timbangan badan, itu kadang surprise susah kadang senang, saat misal naik evaluasi kmrn yg buat bb naik makan apa aja ya, atau olah raga kurang? setelah berjalannya diet pasti ga bnyk pantangan dan makan malah bisa bnyk dan bb masih tetap turun. Semoga bermanfaat ya guys.
