No of cigarettes:0. Sugar cravings--out of control. Scarfed most of a pint of double chocolate gelato. Had to stop, felt sick. Started increasing more nicotine gum to handle jitters, I caught myself chewing my thumb nail again.
Weight hasn't really changed much, but continue to try to eat healthy portions and am exercising more. First weekend of not smoking is forthcoming, and I'm a little scared. Am grateful I'm not going through normal bitchiness of not-smoking experience, as children would most likely require insane mother be locked up, but really wish upset stomach part of this would go away.
Must persevere. Should walk a dog tonight and remain cheerful for children attending prom.
