How much time should I spend exercising a day?

I do 40 mins at home and an hour in a class.

You're general fitness and how much time you have also play a part. What activities do you enjoy? Look in to NEAT exercise (basically the more you move about the better!) Something that gets your heart rate up is good. I try to do 10000 steps a day. During the week I will do a bit of cycling and some weights...

I see you did running and football, that’s great 😀 looking at your diet, I would increase your protein intake. I aim for a minimum of 85g a day

it's enough to exercise 40 to 60 min at heart rate range of 120 to 160 heartrate 3 times a week
