Yesterday's activity was that I worked in the yard and cut the grass. My Nephew came to town because of business and took his Mom, my Wife and I out to dinner last night at an upscale restaurant. My Sister, who is a retired medical doctor and very particular about what she eats, picked the restaurant. To my surprise half the menu items were Keto offerings.
