Weekend Trials already … husband goes off to get papers, comes home with smoked salmon. Only a whopping 794 cals per 100g.

The good news is … only 90g portion. He was not happy when I said no thanks. I can see how easy it is to hi-jack good intentions by well meaning members of the family.

Next test … wines over the weekend.
