@nurliani aku gak pasti kak krn emang karbo yg aku makan gk selalu nasi. Tp misal 2x makan nasi, bisa 75+75 gram.. paling banyak 100+100 gram. Yg pasti aku sehari karbo 35-40%, lemak 30%, protein 30%.. jadi biasanya kalo malam menyesuikan sisanya..
