I'm loving this beautiful weather our region has been blessed with lately. I know better than to think it's here to stay, though. I was still hurting when I got home from work, but I changed into my walking duds and did some much needed dusting, sweeping and mopping, then headed out. I had sunscreen on and a hat. Unfortunately, there was just enough wind that my hat kept getting blown off. That was a bit annoying. Also, my sunscreen seems to attract gnats and such.
I took it a little slower than my usual because of numbness in my left leg (related to my back issues). I'm used to my left foot burning about half way into my walk, but for the last three days I have had numbness in the front of my left thigh. This is not usual for me, so I'm just noting it in case any other weird symptoms develop.
I'm grateful that I can still walk, even when things are acting up. It used to be that I'd try to exercise and I'd experience tripping and excruciating pain in my buttocks and back of my leg, making me limp. I pray repeatedly that this "good" streak continues.
Have a good evening everyone!
