Maintenance: 2040 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1632 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1224 Calories/day


I used some calorie calculator thingys.

DID YOU KNOW:

As a female (I'm 24; exercise regularly),

We should not eat less than 1200 calories a day because our body will go into survival mode and slow down our metabolism?
It will actually make real weight loss difficult if you eat less than 1200calories a day. weird.

ALSO:
I have realized that I type in an odd and sometimes nonlinear way. Sorry; I am not crazy, just bored.
