Got my first shot today, yay! Made meatloaf hash and eggs.

Thank you gals. So far I had a little chill (although it is rainy and chilly here today anyway) and my arm is a little sore but that's all. There is a restaurant here, Longfellow Grill, that serves meatloaf and root vegetables hash with eggs and hollandaise sauce. It is so good. So this was my take. It was very good too.
