On the Importance of logistics...
Out of food at home, so no meal plan, prep or possibility thereof. Natives restless. Fuck em. I tire of caring for grown ass men. Blew off the restaurant supply en route; off to deadlift instead, cause gainzz. Or sloth. Or something... 7 Eleven pre-workout. Jamaican beef patties and BBQ crunchers. Only occurs to me now that I might have gotten a muscle milk... Gainz acquired, I head to Five Guys. No bacon on the burger, small on the fries, and diet coke, cause discipline. Famished, the grocery store awaits. #2 son calls for car service before I can get home with the loot. Thankfully he is starving, so off to the corner pub. Apparently someone in management has decided that it is wise to remove the burnt ends from the menu. Customer feedback duly provided, crab dip and wings it is. Then home for a grilled cheese night cap on that fresh fluffy farmhouse white I picked up. Passed out, still hungry, in a food stupor around 4300k.
No pretense of abs this morning.
Beat my dead target by 5 reps - 10 X 185#. Also got my ab work in, but no chins cause no available bar.
Up early no alarm. Feeling OK. Vastly improved attitude. Time to get some shit done.
