Since the last time I was actively on here I gained weight. There is no excuse, I ate too much and gained weight. I had an awesome excericse routine going and ate well....but after having to move twice in three months I kind of fell apart. Now, I am back and working again on getting my eating and exercise back into line. I have been on the treadmill for three days at 1/2 hour intervals twice a day. I also work on the exercise bike but not very fond of how much it hurts the butt!!! So, one day at a time again!!!!!
