Last week I only had one day of classes and work because of the snow so I found it easier to make it to the gym. This week I'm back on a normal schedule and it's getting harder to motivate myself because I don't get home until after dark. My cousin moved in with me and joined my gym for a month, so I have a gym buddy....but my brother moved in too and now the house is full of junk food! He's 21, 5'11 and probably doesn't weigh over 140. He can eat anything and not gain weight! It's so frustrating! Especially since I used to eat like that too and wouldn't gain a pound. I really need to start eating healthy snacks again
125.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
