Today I am annoyed. I was excited to weigh in but to see I gained weight made me very upset. I did really well on my plan. I had a shake for breakfast and vegetable soup for lunch daily. I even felt hunger most days between 3-5, but I either stuck it out or had a small snack under 250 calories. So I don not understand, why I gained weight. I do not understand why I didn't just stay the same. Ugh, I am even more upset that I let this get me so worked up. One positive thing that came out- is that I didn't dive into fattening foods. I stood up and prepared my kids breakfast, had my coffee with my shake and realized it's not worth drinking this same breakfast every day- if it's not giving me the results I seek.
I also must accept that it's time to really implement moving my body through exercise- walking to begin with. If I am to stick to the facts, in a period of 24 hours, I sleep 8 hours and the entire other 16 hours I am generally sitting down. That is not helping me. Diet alone wont get the scale to move.

My goals for next week are to walk minimum 3x a week. Drink a lot more water. And have 3 meals, 2 snacks. And we shall see how my body responds to this plan.
