Went to Hendersonville, NC for a weekend at a Bead & Breakfast. Did not over eat as a matter of fact we only had 2 real meals a day. We did have one to two pieces of cake a day with coffee. We took snacks but didn't eat them. I think I am over 180 right now. NO room in my jeans. I am very uncomfortable in my clothing. Friends from Pennsylvania are coming in 3 days and I had hoped to lose 5 lbs before they get here so I would be comfortable in my pants. That's not going to happen. I am thinking of using the "Military Diet" for the next 2 1/2 days. Don't know! It is what it is.
