Man I so wanted to break 190 this week. Oh well, next week for sure! Today I was able to finally do a 5K since my foot surgery. The foot was fine, but the rest of me felt it :-) It was not a great finish time (probably my worst ever) but I finished and I wasn't last, which was my goal. So I will continue with one 5K a month and train more in between. I didn't do really much training prior to this one because I really wanted to truly see where I'm at - which was about 20 minutes longer than my personal best. My next one is May 3rd - I will be training for this one!
