Wow! I broke out the roller blades and the 3 wheeled stroller for the first time this year today! I have not used them since fall and I've been aching to get out there again. I can't seem to go through with any sort of real workout at home, but this is pretty strenuous, and I stick with it. I can't believe how much easier it seems now. I'm not sure if it's because of the new skates or because I'm in better shape.
