Trying so hard not to get discouraged! Everything I know to do isn’t working! I’ve been stalled for 6 days (up and down inside of 1 lb). I am adding more movement this week and trying to implement that in addition to eating the high proteins/low carbs. Frustrated! I won’t give up!
