Having a hard time dealing with my depression. I haven't caved into my eating binges. I just have such a long way too go; sometimes I feel like there is a huge mountain, I won't be able too get over. Getting injured 9 yrs ago, 4 surgeries later, has not helped my depression at all. Tomorrow will be a better day!

Amazing how it took me 4 weeks to loose 6 lbs but I can gain half of it back in a few days. Lol Hope things are going well.
