I want to challenge myself to make more of my meals with vegetables being the star. I'll work on experimenting with new spices and just see how my body responds. I noticed yesterday I had a lot of pain in my hands and fingers. Idk if it is due to the beef consumption, it feels like I have had a little more beef then usual. I want to try to modify and follow a lower fat diet. I have to remember my other organs needs good nutrition too. Over all though, I am very proud of how far I have come. How I am showing up for myself. Thank you God.
