So for the last two days I have been drinking water like crazy. I really think it is helping. I feel good, I woke up with a nice number on the scale. :) It helps that I have had yesterday off and today off for snow. I find it is so easy to get a soda (my downfall) at work. I have Stuck to only 1 bottle at work a day, but I would like to have none. It always seems like when I do that I come in exhausted, or kids are getting on my nerves or I am used to having a soda with lunch so I do. Tomorrow when we go back to work I am going to try and bring my water bottle with me. The problem becomes that the water at school tastes horrible!

Good for you...cutting down on the soda!...maybe since the water is terrible you need to bring enough bottles with you...calculate what you should bring with you...Do you have a fridge there..hide them in your "lunch bag" or maybe a small insulated cooler that you can keep with you.

I cut out soda a while ago and it's been the best thing I've done as far as diets go. It really is such a simple change and it makes such a difference. Hopefully you're able to do the same. I keep a case of water bottles in the trunk of my car. You might want to keep one in your classroom!
