Day 1,
Tuesday 1 Apr 2014, weighed myself at office, 247 lbs (Wow!!) Went for a run, completed 2 miles,(run/walk) at the office. Ordered Garcinia Gambogia- should be in by the end of the week.
BMR= 2180 =calaries burned doing nothing Cal per lbs Male=3200, Female 2900
3200-2180=1020 cal per day left over.
Goal is a 1700 cal per day and get weight down to 215 lbs = 32 lbs. jm
