Being at home alone with a full pantry of food is very tempting. I am refraining from grabbing snacks for now!! :0 So far so good today. I exercised before the kids were up. Have had a healthy breakfast and lunch. Even had a snack, but within my calorie limit! Planning on Salmon for dinner.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
