Yesterday, I ate some of the jambalaya that had rice in it after I ate the one that didn't. I have to say the stuff with the rice is better. After that I ate a whoopie pie that my SO made. I also had a small piece of bliss chocolate in the afternoon. Other than that I followed plan. Went up about 2 lbs, don't remember the exact amount I weighed and I'll probably have to wait a few days to get into fat burning mode again.
