Have you ever considered allergy shots

I feel your pain. I also occasionally suffer from horrible allergic rhinitis and it's enough to ruin my morning. I'm also often in front of a camera so it's the worst when they strike then. Used to take Flonase daily, recently I've needed it less.

Shuleh, I don't think so I had my last shot 2 months ago and I did have an adverse reaction yo the 1st dose and but did fine with the second and I did report to the CDC symptoms were , different. I had this same problem last yr around the same time got multiple allergy testing and came out allergic to some foods, animals, medicine and enviromental plus a deviated septum and inner ear inflammation it's horrible😔

Kenna, yes I'm suppose to be on them since 10 yrs ago I refused then was forced to accept in Sep. 2020 did good for 2 months then ended up in the hospital from excessive swelling in my ears and throat was directed to stop by my allergist and restart again in Dec. But I got too scared and haven't been back.

Laughing, yes Flonase is awesome but I only use it when I get a flare up because it's too drying right now I'm using Ponaris nasal spray

I know this sounds amateur, but i Neti in the springtime. Doesn’t make them go away, but seems to help avoid the sinus infections for me.

Katsolo, really? I've heard it works from others never tried it because I saw 1 random case in the news where a women got parasite up to her brain from improper cleaning lol I know it sounds crazy but scary😳

Use bottled water and clean your pot often. I use the kit they sell at Costco, but i have a ceramic pot because it’s easier to clean. The brain parasite thing is real, but it’s due to poor hygiene.

You can also buy the individually packed ones made by Neti — a little more expensive but if you are unsure of your ability to follow the cleaning instructions it is certainly an option and it works. Also don’t do any DIY saline solutions . Use the packets provided. They are not the same thing. You need the buffers.

Kenna and katsolo thanks for the advice I will look into it at this point I'll do anything. Kenna, where can I buy the indivual ones never hear of it? Katsolo where did you find ceramic sounds like a way better option the other plastic builts mold I'm scared of?
